For some men, PE is linked to a short or tight frenulum — the sensitive band on the underside of the head — that pulls taut during sex and tips them over the edge early. Frenuloplasty is a quick, minor procedure that releases the frenulum, relieving that tension and pull while preserving every bit of natural sensation.
For persistent PE caused by an over-sensitive glans, SDN selectively cuts some of the dorsal nerve branches that carry sensation from the head — dialling down the hypersensitivity that triggers early ejaculation, while leaving enough nerves intact to keep sensation and erectile function. Selective Dorsal Neurectomy (SDN), in depth
For many men, PE isn’t about willpower or anxiety — it’s biology. When the dorsal nerves of the penis carry an oversupply of sensation, the threshold for ejaculation is reached far too quickly. SDN addresses that root cause directly: the surgeon selectively cuts only the sensory nerve fibres responsible for the excess sensitivity, while carefully preserving the nerves that drive erection and the sensation that makes intimacy pleasurable.
