Both deliver immediate, visible results and are fully personalised — led by Dr. Chai, a board-certified urologist with over 30 years of experience, and carried out by our medical team in a licensed, sterile operating room.
The HA filler is minimally invasive and reversible, lasting roughly 2–2.5 years; the silicone implant is a permanent option for more substantial, lasting enhancement. You'll have direct post-procedure access to your medical team throughout your recovery. Two medical approaches
Most men choose the non-surgical HA filler — reversible, minimally invasive, with little downtime. A permanent surgical option is also available for those who want it. Both options are compared in detail below. Outcomes are individual and discussed fully at consultation.
An honest note on length: both options add girth and can increase flaccid (non-erect) length and appearance — they do not increase your erect length. We'll explain exactly what to expect at your consultation.

Option 1 — HA fillers (non-surgical)
Hyaluronic acid is produced naturally by the body, making it a safe, biocompatible choice. Injected strategically, it attracts and retains water — increasing girth and improving proportions for a natural-feeling result. Treatment is fully personalised (typically 10–15cc), takes about an hour, and can be performed alongside a circumcision in the same session. It's reversible at any time with hyaluronidase.

Circumcised or uncircumcised?
HA filler enlargement can be performed whether or not you are circumcised. In circumcised men the filler tends to settle more evenly, so the aesthetic result is usually a little more refined. Uncircumcised men can have the treatment too, and many are very happy with their result — but the foreskin can make the outcome slightly less even, and for some it may show as minor lumpiness or a degree of asymmetry.
Importantly, this is rarely a lasting problem: HA filler is easy to reverse. If you're not happy with the result, we will dissolve it with hyaluronidase and break it down complimentary. The one thing to plan for is travel — if you live outside Thailand and may not be able to return for an adjustment, please make a fully informed decision before going ahead. Option 2 — Silicone implant (surgical)
For men who specifically want a permanent surgical result, the silicone sheet implant uses implant-grade medical silicone. A small, discreet 3–4cm incision is made in the high scrotal area; the implant is precisely inserted beneath the penile skin, secured and closed with sutures. Results are visible immediately and no future top-ups are required. Circumcision is a prerequisite — if not yet done, we can arrange it about one month prior.
The silicone implant is a surgical procedure performed at our Bangkok clinic. Our Phuket clinic offers surgery for circumcision only, so the implant is not available there — though HA filler enlargement is offered at all three clinics (Bangkok, Phuket and Pattaya).

How long does the enhancement last?
HA filler is a temporary intervention, typically lasting around 2–2.5 years before a top-up — though it can be replenished sooner depending on your goals. The silicone implant is permanent and needs no maintenance.

What's the aftercare?
Avoid strenuous physical and sexual activity for about two weeks, and avoid heat — saunas, steam rooms and sunbathing — for two weeks, to support optimal healing. You can swim again after 24–48 hours, once the tiny injection points have closed. A prescribed course of antibiotics is provided and should be completed as directed. An optional follow-up review is available at 1 week.
When can I fly home?
After HA filler enlargement, we recommend waiting 48 hours before flying. For the silicone implant, plan to stay in Bangkok for at least 7 days so we can complete your wound check before you travel home.
What is the aftercare for the silicone implant?
Rest for the first 48–72 hours; walking is encouraged, but avoid strenuous activity, heavy lifting, cycling and gym workouts for 4–6 weeks. Abstain from sexual activity and masturbation for 6 weeks, or until cleared by your doctor. Keep the surgical area clean and completely dry for at least 8 days, and do not submerge in baths, swimming pools or the sea for 2–3 weeks; wear supportive underwear. Some swelling and bruising for 2–4 weeks is normal. Avoid aspirin, NSAIDs and other blood thinners, and refrain from smoking and alcohol, for at least 2 weeks. Complete all prescribed antibiotics and pain relief, and contact the clinic for increasing pain, redness, fever, unusual discharge or any implant displacement. Follow-up appointments are scheduled at 1 week (wound check) and 4 weeks (progress review).
Which fillers are available?

Do I need to be circumcised?
For the silicone implant, yes — circumcision is a prerequisite. If you haven't been circumcised, our team can arrange it about one month before the implant procedure.
