Is enlargement permanent?
It depends on the route. Hyaluronic acid filler is temporary and reversible — it's gradually metabolised and can be dissolved deliberately with hyaluronidase. A silicone sheet implant is permanent and would require surgery to remove. Most men start with filler for exactly that reason.
Does it affect erections or sensation?
Correctly placed filler sits in the tissue beneath the skin and shouldn't affect erectile function or sensation. Poorly placed filler can, which is the argument for having it done by a urologist. If you already have erectile difficulty, treat that first — enlargement won't improve it.
How much difference will it actually make?

What's the recovery?

Hyaluronic acid can be dissolved. Oil, silicone and paraffin cannot — those require surgical excision of the granuloma, which we perform. Bring any records you have of what was used.
