Overview
Growth factor therapy is a regenerative treatment that uses the healing factors already in your own blood. A small sample is drawn and spun in a centrifuge to concentrate the platelets, which are rich in growth factors such as PDGF, TGF-β and VEGF.
Injected where they're needed, those growth factors trigger the body's own repair — stimulating new tissue, blood vessels and collagen. Because the plasma is your own, the risk of allergy or rejection is very low.
At MENHANCE, growth factors are prepared with RegenLab — a premium Swiss growth factor system whose tubes and centrifuge are FDA-approved in many countries — using a closed, gel-separation process that isolates pure plasma.

What growth factors can treat
We use two forms, matched to the area: plain growth factors, and growth factor + HA — growth factors combined with hyaluronic acid.
Growth factors for men (the P-Shot, for ED) and women (the O-Shot) — improving blood flow, sensation and performance.
Growth factor facial rejuvenation — softening fine lines and boosting collagen.
Growth factor hair shots that stimulate the follicles and reduce thinning.
Growth factor + HA, ultrasound-guided, for joint comfort and cartilage health. Regencell is also an option for the knee — also ultrasound-guided.
Growth factor + HA for Peyronie's disease — supporting tissue healing and reducing penile curvature.
Growth factors for the knees
growth factors for the knees — ultrasound-guided growth factor + HA is delivered into the knee joint to support cartilage health and ease the pain and stiffness of wear-and-tear (osteoarthritis). It pairs the growth factors in your own platelets with hyaluronic acid, a natural joint lubricant — a non-surgical option that can improve comfort and mobility with little downtime. Regencell is also available for the knee, also ultrasound-guided.
The O-Shot (for women)
The O-Shot (for women) — the same growth factor principle applied to women's intimate health. Growth factors drawn from her own blood are placed in the area to support blood flow, sensation, natural lubrication and arousal — and many women find it eases mild urinary stress incontinence too. It is quick, uses her own biology, and needs no downtime.
How it works
Draw
A small blood sample is taken, just like a routine blood test.
Spin
The sample is spun in a RegenLab centrifuge to concentrate the growth-factor-rich platelets.
Inject
The concentrate is injected precisely into the treatment area under a numbing agent.
Regenerate
Growth factors trigger repair, new blood vessels and collagen over the following weeks.

Because the plasma is your own, the risk of allergy or rejection is minimal — and it needs only a smaller blood draw while yielding around 1.6× more growth factors.
