Overview
Most men's urological surgery doesn't need a hospital. It needs a sterile, properly equipped operating room, a urologist who does the procedure often, and enough time booked to do it unhurried. MENHANCE has its own licensed operating room, which is why these are carried out on site rather than referred elsewhere.
The practical consequence is continuity. You're consulted, operated on and reviewed by the same surgeon in the same building — which matters more than it sounds when something needs checking on day three. For patients travelling in, it also means the whole episode fits into a short trip.
Everything here is a day case under local anaesthesia. You go home the same day, with written aftercare and a direct line if anything doesn't look right.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is a vasectomy reversible?
Treat it as permanent. Reversal is technically possible but it's a longer, more expensive operation with success rates that fall the more time has passed. If there's real doubt about future children, this isn't the right procedure yet.
How soon does a vasectomy work?
Not immediately. Sperm remain in the system for some weeks, so you'll need alternative contraception until a follow-up semen analysis confirms clearance. Skipping that test is the most common cause of an unexpected pregnancy after vasectomy.
Which circumcision technique is better?
They suit different priorities. The stapler technique is quicker with a very consistent edge; the sleeve technique with subcutaneous suturing gives a more hidden scar line. Your surgeon will recommend based on your anatomy and what matters most to you.
What anaesthesia is used?
Local anaesthesia for these day-case procedures. You're awake, the area is numb, and you go home the same day. Your surgeon will discuss options if you're particularly anxious.
How long should I stay in Thailand?
It depends on the procedure. Vasectomy and minor lesion removal are effectively same-day; circumcision and gynecomastia excision need longer before flying. Tell us your travel dates at consultation and we'll be specific rather than optimistic.
