Overview
Platelet-rich plasma is one of the few treatments in aesthetic and sexual medicine where the mechanism is genuinely simple. A small blood sample is spun to concentrate the platelets, which carry growth factors — PDGF, TGF-β, VEGF. Injected into tissue that needs repairing, those growth factors trigger your own healing: new tissue, new blood vessels, new collagen.
Because the plasma is yours, allergy and rejection risk is minimal. What changes between treatments is only where it goes and what it's combined with — hyaluronic acid for joints and curvature, microneedling for skin.
This page collects every regenerative treatment we offer in one place, because men frequently arrive asking for one and are better served by another. Preparation quality matters as much as the concept: we use a RegenLab centrifuge and tubes, US FDA-cleared and the first of their kind registered with the Thai FDA, with a gel-separation design that yields around 1.6× more plasma from a smaller draw.

The Treatment, Step by Step
Consultation
We confirm the right application for your concern — and tell you where the evidence for growth-factor therapy is strong and where it's thinner.
Blood draw
A small sample is taken, exactly like a routine blood test.
Preparation
The sample is spun in a RegenLab centrifuge, concentrating growth-factor-rich platelets above the separating gel in a closed system.
Injection
The concentrate is injected precisely into the treatment area under a numbing agent. Most visits take 45 to 60 minutes end to end.
Regeneration & review
Growth factors drive repair over the following weeks. We review your response and advise whether further sessions are worthwhile.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are growth factors safe?
The safety profile is good, largely because the plasma is your own — allergy and rejection risk is minimal. The realistic risks are the ones that come with any injection: temporary soreness, swelling or bruising at the site.
How strong is the evidence?
It varies by application, and it's only fair to say so. Growth-factor therapy has a stronger evidence base for some uses than others, and outcomes depend heavily on preparation quality and platelet concentration — which is why the device and protocol matter. Your physician will tell you where your particular indication sits.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the area and your goals. Some indications are a single treatment; others run as a short course of three or more. We set that expectation at consultation, not afterwards.
When will I see results?
Gradually. Growth-factor therapy works by stimulating your own repair processes, so change builds over several weeks rather than appearing immediately. Any treatment promising next-day results isn't working through this mechanism.
What's the difference between growth factors and Regencell?
Growth-factor therapy concentrates the growth factors already in your own blood. Regencell is a separate, higher-intensity regenerative therapy dosed in millions of components and delivered by infusion or targeted injection. They're sometimes used together.
